A neuroscience-based program focused on deep restorative sleep, designed for individuals with insomnia, non-restorative sleep, or disrupted sleep–wake rhythms.
The work focuses on regulating the brain and autonomic systems involved in sleep, not merely on habits or superficial recommendations.

Duration: 5 weeks

Program goals:

  • Facilitate sleep onset and maintenance
  • Improve deep sleep quality
  • Reduce hyperarousal, nighttime anxiety, and fatigue
  • Restore energy and emotional stability

Includes:

  • 5 psychotherapy sessions focused on sleep processes
